Cancellation & Refund Terms

  • Participants may request a cancellation within 7 calendar days of purchase to qualify for a full refund, provided that the course content has not been substantially accessed or completed.
  • Refunds will not be applicable if more than 30% of the course content has been accessed, downloaded, or utilized.
  • Once approved, refunds will be credited to the original method of payment within 5–10 business days.
  • Courses offering instant access, downloadable resources, or lifetime access may be deemed non-refundable once accessed.
  • In the unlikely event that a course is cancelled or discontinued by us, participants will be entitled to either a pro-rata refund or an alternative course of equal value.

  • Refund requests must be submitted in writing via our official support email or contact form, along with the transaction ID, purchase date, and course name.
  • Requests submitted after the specified timeframe will not be eligible for a refund.
  • The Company reserves the right to deny refund requests in cases of policy violations, suspected misuse, or fraudulent activity.
